Day 2 – Backup Tasks, Scheduling & Integration
- Chapter 5: Backup Tasks
- Creating backup jobs for Proxmox VMs and containers
- Scheduling backups and retention policies
- Pruning old backups automatically
- Chapter 6: Restore Procedures
- Restoring VMs, containers, and individual files
- Using PBS web interface and CLI tools
- Chapter 7: Integration with Proxmox VE
- Adding PBS storage to Proxmox VE nodes
- Performing scheduled backups from VE to PBS
- Verifying backup integrity
- Chapter 8: Monitoring & Maintenance
